JUST FINISHED ELITE TRADING. LEAVING LEAVITT ORBITAL WITH 64T OF MINING GOODIES.. NPC PIECE OF ENTERS THE AIR LOCK WHEN i AM LEAVING.. GETS HJNG UP AND SITS ON ITS ASS FOR A MINUTE. i GET BLOWN UP BY THE STATION AFTER LEAVING THE AIR LOCK.. THIS rubbish.

Answer : relog into solo.

it is annoying when an NPC blocks the exit, but you should be able to fly past it (unless you are both in belugas, then it might be a stretch). If you are using the docking computer, just accelerate to regain manual control.

You do get warned about leaving the station within the 5 minutes timer, if you are not able to leave, you can always log out before they blow you up.

There's nearly always room to fly past them if you scrape your ship down the side of the slot. Also, you must have your gear retracted otherwise they bump you into the toast rack and you can't get off.
