The assorted ships in ED are supposed to be made by different companies, but they all have the exact same HUDs and instrument displays. I could see all Lakon being the same, or all Saud Kruger, but why would displays from both be identical? It'd be more realistic that they'd all have their own style, and maybe would also be built more around the cockpits they're in so background objects behind the displays don't make it annoying to read sometime.
