Different ship type

A medium, or perhaps, a large ship that has many 3 to 4 size optional module slots and perhaps one larger slot for shields. The idea is to have a ship that trades having large modules for more smaller ones.

Something like

Would their be any use for it?

I don't know if they would do something like that. But, they might design a ship that effectively has a bunch of smaller module slots rather than the larger one. I was just wondering if you saw a ship like that, like the one I listed above, what would you use it for? I'm thinking maybe an exploration vehicle or a passenger vehicle between bubbles, if it could be fitted with enough cabins. I am not sure though. I haven't done in a deep space exploration and I haven't owned the larger passenger ship like the Beluga liner yet.
