Different stations have different prices on ships?

Either I was really tired or I really saw two different prices for the Viper yesterday. It was ~90k at Aulin but only ~70k at Chango.
Is it the same hardware you get when you buy the cheaper version or do you get extra weapons and gear when you pay the extra money?

If you have a full cargo hold it deducts that from the price of the ship. Although you need to empty your hold now before you can buy a ship. Bit of a pointless and misleading way to do pricing. If you have to empty your cargo before you can buy the price of the ship goes up again.
