Difficulties Communicating with Support

Hi all!

I wasn't sure where else to put this so, I'm going to start here. I've an open ticket with frontier support. It's actually a second ticket because the first one was closed prematurely due to a lack of response from me. The thing is, I replied to the email Support Agent Nova sent within a few hours. That was the first ticket. Now for this second ticket, I replied to Support Agent Ikaros, again within a few hours, but it's been a day and a half without a reply. Is there a known issue with certain email domains being blocked or responses getting lost in the ether?
 
auto response is key if successfully received you should get one almost instantaneously
try compiling & sending via edge browser in old ie mode
and post your actual game problem here someone may already have the answers you seek
