Dilophosaurus blinding

I was thinking if a Dilophosaurus gets in a fight it can blind dinosaurs if you treat it fast enough it won’t be permanent but if you don’t treat it fast enough it will be permanent which will make it less likely to succeed a hunt and win a fight

More love for the Dilo the better. The Troodon already has a venomous bite, why can't the Dilo have a blinding venom, would help make them more unique and in line with the film.
