Dimery Prospect Station Docking Bug?

Hello! I was trying to complete a courier mission at Dimery Prospect. After receiving docking permission, I was directed to land at Bay 02; however, a ship was already occupying the landing spot. Doesn't appear to be a graphical glitch or anything because I attempted to land anyway and my ship plonked right against it, preventing me from properly landing. The ship occupying the spot was an AI, not a player ship. Not sure if this is a bug or if I was doing something wrong.
