Dimmable lights

This is more of a suggestion / idea:

I'd love to have lights be dimmable (set the lights between 1-100% light level) so we even have more 'granular' control over not only the color of the light, but also the intensity.
Obviously I'm not sure as to how the developers can achieve this but I'm confident that this feature would give players a lot more control over the atmosphere of their park.

Technically this can be done with the shade of colour you pick for the light. Bright, mid, dark ect. But I guess it would be a little more handy with a mood option.
