So it died in the bay and so I clicked transport but the choppers never came. After about 20 min or so I needed to use the bay for another dinosaur then I realized I can't get rid of it. I cannot delete or move the building because a dinosaur is in the bay. Any suggestions? thanks!

When I said luckily I had a save file before the bug I was actually wrong. I thought I had a save file before the bug but what actually happened was once I loaded up the save file, The dino did not physically appear in the bay so it tricked me.
The medical bay menu still says treatment pending even though the dino has disappeared after loading the save.
So finally I had to load a much earlier save file and re-build a bunch of stuff. No biggie cause I will keep this bug in mind Im just glad I didn't discover it once I completely built the park.
