Hi,
Big fan of the books, movies, and games. I could basically name all the dinosaurs by their Latin name before I could walk (really not really).
One of the things that I feel JWE misses out on that is always a huge component of the story for JP/JW is the act of dinosaurs working together. In every film the Raptors act as a pact working together to either hunt or escape. I felt that this is something Frontier over looked and should eventually be added. Even in JP2 the T-rex act as a pack to take down the RV, JW 1 the T-rex and Blue work together to take down the Indominusrex. I could probably list a hundred examples from the films where pack mentality is a theme.
Additionally the humans also have this same theme present in their struggle to survive. In the initial trailer for JWE they showed a guy hoisted up fixing a fence and another guy supervising (universal law of construction work) and then one of them gets eaten and the other dude runs away. I really thought, based of this trailer, that the workers in JWE would have a bigger role in your decision making but thay was not the case. I think a great way for this to be represented in the game play could be to take on a X-COM style character progression. Basically a way to hire certain types of workers: engineers, care takers, rangers, etc. And then based of their experience, for example when fixing the t-rex cage and surviving by either not being attacked in general or running away if attacked or using a flair to distract the dino they gain EXP and either become faster at their job or gain some kind of perk. This would add a extra layer of strategy and stress to the game. It would also add a layer of "stake" from the player in their workers and it would hurt when a good worker is lost.
I hope the developers read this as I am a huge fan of the series and I really think if they could consider these improvements for the next game (cough cough make JWE 2) it would greatly improve replayability.
Thank you for your time
