Dinos loose - help!

Hi newbie question here. I have just unlocked the second island and have got gift shop etc generating some income. I now have dinos loose but not yet got the rescue team. I have fixed fences. How do I get the dinos back in their pens without the rescue team?

Build the ACU Center so that you can send out the chopper to tranquilize the escaped Dinos.
Than you can transport them back into the enclosure.

Thank you. Problem is I'm out of cash as I bought shops etc for income and with everything shut I cant get any. Do I need to restart the island?

You could try with deleting the shops to get some money for a ACU Center but if that's not enough, restart the island.

Or go back to your previous island to dig up fossils, then cash them in on the 2nd island until you have enough money. But probably easier to restart the island and plan differently next time
