I would like it if there was a gauge for each dinosaur that indicated how it would kill when given the chance. For example, if it was really high and escaped, it would eat its fill of visitors then continue killing them and throwing their bodies around for sport (same goes with other dinosaurs in the same cage). Whereas if it was low and they escaped, it would stomp through visitor area and scare them (and possibly step on them unintentionally).
This would provide a much higher risk for the bigger more dangerous dinos.
