Dinosaur skin update!

I think the skin update in jwe2 needs a bit of a update and here are some ideas I think we could use!
- Albino and menalisstic genetic mutation for all animals that happens randomly
-different saturation for each animals skin so that their even more unique and stand out and this doesnt count for movie skins and variants
-lux gene for certain species or all species
-variant skins for babr allo, demon carno, feathered rex and maybe skins for 2022 paras and 2001 male velo
-male nasutoceratops skin

these ideas in my opinion are very much needed as each dino would feel much more unique!

Technically this shouldn't be a random encounter since the geneticists have control of how to design their Dinosaurs gene characteristics lore wise. But an option to make these mutations happen as a future skin is actually a great idea.

yeah I think in sandbox it should be a characteristics gene and that we can apply it how we apply genes already but I think in challenge mode it should appear randomly and should give bonus appeal to the guests
