Most of my list have been mentioned a couple of times but I would like to add a few.
Argentinosaurus - the biggest animal ever to walk the earth.
I also have 2 very rare and more recently found:
Murusraptor barrosaensis
Chenanisaurus barbaricus

I just wish we get some actually smaller dinosaurs as well as big ones. Looking at a paddock and seeing a variety in sizes makes it much more realistic.
The Struthiomimus is in the "small herbivore" category yet it's like twice the size of the ranger jeep!

Bring back dryosaurus, and I'll be really upset if they leave out compsognathus again.
I'd really like othnielia so we can recreate the novel park, and microceratus is also an interesting smaller dino.

It'd be nice to have homalocephale back, though I heard they now think it might have been a juvenile form. I always kept homalocephale with my pachycephalosaurus and pretended they were babies :p

Smaller dinosaurs would be a lot easier to create and animate, to add some variety and make it more lively. A flock of tiny dryosaurs running around would be adorable!

The only thing I really want to see in the game is the T-Rex and the Raptors. Those are a given. So I want to go to the opposite end of the Dinosaur spectrum, I want Compys in the game. Can you imagine having to chase them down in the green grass with how small they are? It would be a total nightmare. Which is why I want them in the game. I know everyone likes the big Dinosaurs but we need some small ones. The Compys had a big role in both books and some of the movies.

We need Compys.

even if I also want Compys in the game I still think it's higly unlikely due to it's so small size just as you mentioned. Imagine chasing them down with the ranger team to cure them from diseases or hunting them with the helicopter if they escape from the enclosure. would still be awesome to have them in the game :D

I definitely wanna see all the JPOG dinosaurs return, even useless ones like the Dryosaurus that seemed to always dart in front of my explorer when driving around lol

I really want to see some feathered theropods too like Therizinosaurus and Yutyrannus. Yutyrannus is one of my all time favorite dinosaurs.

Compy is too small, it could strain through the hollow of the wire fence. I do not see it in the game. Carcha must be. It lived with the Spino so there are no excuses. If they do not get it, it's because they do not want haha. In the same dig site we must find Spino and Carcha like JPOG.

Daspletosaurus would be amazing. It could be the ancestor of the T-Rex. If not then Albertosaurus. I want more tyrannosaurs in the game. Tarbosaurus no, it would be too similar to the T-Rex.
