Dinosaurs in Jurassic world don't need feathers

A lot of people on this forum expect Frontier to put feathers on dinosaurs however the problem is animating feathers or hair anything that's loose on the body of the sort is more of a headache then they realize so I can respect Frontiers decision on not putting feathers on the dinosaurs due to the fact that in animating them would be extremely difficult,I understand that it's not scientifically accurate to not have the dinosaurs with feathers but you got to remember this is Jurassic world and the lore comes first because of the dinosaur protection website it describes on why the dinosaurs have no feathers and it has a lot of what to expect from Doctor Wu considering that the dinosaurs are not pure bringing them back to life,which explains why the dinosaurs have no feathers since many Animals are mixed with the Dinosaurs Genes, they're close to their prehistoric ancestors but they're not pure dinosaurs. therizinosaurus and Utahraptor are often the targets of major criticism by this community hoping that they'll be feathered but let's not forget this is still Jurassic World of course they're not going to be feathered please let's just respect Frontiers decision in not including feathers on the dinosaurs besides they could have quills or anything of reminiscing of feathers it is Canon that quills are Canon in replacement of feathers thanks to the Velociraptors in jp3.

Frontier you have my blessing and everybody who liked this postto give us featherless dinosaurs especially Utahraptor and Therizinosaurus.

I agree with you a the lore, but it would have been awesome if this could have been the first game that did away with the antiquated misconceptions about dinosaurs.
In the end this is not Frontier's IP, so it is not their decision. This game is rooted in the Jurassic Park movies, so it would have made no sense to make the dinos look very different.

Unfortunately, as been said before, Film lore trumps real-world science lore. IE: Whats shown in the films trumps whats scientifically real. Add that to the fact that Universal controls the IP, not Frontier.
Anyway, IF feathers will be a thing, IF... my bet would be they'd be skin options with quills like those in the JP3 raptors & I-Rex. Just subtle, & not too full on feathers.

That's not really true. Adding feathers wouldn't impact the animations much or not at all depending on the style of plumage that is added. Wings could possibly be an issue due to the broken wrists currently in the game and the feathers would likely clip into each other on the arms. Other than that it really wouldn't be an issue.
