Dirt brush on sanctuary island makes grass

the new terrain texture brush for "Dirt" puts down grass for some reason.

I noticed the same thing. But I think it's because there might be shrubs or other things on top that makes it so that they have grass as a ground surface. But yeah it means that the dirt brush is a bit underwhelming.
