Disable sound when game is on background

I just purchased the game and I am starting to check how it works. I don't see anywhere within the options a way to disable sound (or at least the music/soundtrack) when I tab to Windows. This is really annoying, since I am constantly tabbing to Windows. Most games nowadays have the option of "Enable sound when game is in background". I think this would be a nice and necessary addition to the game. Otherwise I have to be constantly closing the game (and I guess it's annoying for many other players).

There is a button:

"Play music in background only when paused".

Don't know if disabling this might do the trick. Of course the game needs to be paused.
And you can turn of game music and then pause it, then you will only hear the birds .
