Disappearing animals?

Has anyone experienced disappearing animals since the last update?

I just had about 20 red foxes disappear from the Trade Center. This is a big blow because they were part of my color breeding program that has been going on for many, many generations.

I recently lost a Red River Hog in the career scenario. She was in a habitat and when I load the game the other day, she just dissapeared. Looked in the notification menu if she for example didnt die, but nothing was found about that there. So I have no idea. Might be same or similar issue.
