Disappearing Weak Links when a T2 is built

I just ran into something that I was not expecting when I completed my first T2 Coriolis in a system.

I have a system with two existing T1 outposts which had three week links to them (Agriculture, High Tech and Military) from separate (and distant) orbital installations including a T1 Demeter Space Farm.

So far so good.

I then completed a T2 Coriolis around the same planet as the existing Space Farm.

The T2 Coriolis has a Strong Link to the Space Farm, as expected, but the two Orbital Outposts now only have TWO weak links and not THREE.

The Agriculture weak link has disappeared from both.

Interestingly, if I plan a new Orbital Outpost around a different planet, it shows that it will have THREE weak links and not TWO, i.e. it includes Agriculture, as well as High Tech and Military.

Is this a bug?

I was hoping it would fix itself once the Coriolis was properly setup with the Thursday morning down time, but no luck.

The economy settings for the outposts in the Journal file still look correct and still show a 0.05 for the Agriculture weak link.

I am now a bit confused.

Any thoughts from the experts?
