I've been disconnected, must be nine times in about 6 hours of play, all while in conflict zones. I've never seen this before. What in the world is going on?

Open/solo/group? If group or open, I might say it's instance issues. I find my disconnect most common during combat zone or Res during CGs in open.

You've stacked multiple CZ missions, and the game has problems handling all of these in CZ's. It is an issue that is being addressed in 2.3 (prevention of stacking more than 3 missions, and fixing the disconnect issues that result from it).
