Discount for owners of other products?

I'm guessing, no, but maybe you'll be able to spend more for a lifetime pass eventually for this game too. 
In generally I don't think it's a good idea as the titles aren't really related beyond having the same developer and some people would get irritated that they can't have the same discount.
I'm hoping my lifetime expansion pass for Elite: Dangerous gets me content for Elite: Dangerous... We shall see.

Wasn't aware of that. We'll see then, but assuming it hasn't been promoted yet, it seems unlikely for JWE.
