Has anyone found a station selling discounted FDL's? I have found anaconda, python etc even new ships but cant locate a damn FDL for the life of my within discounted systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There is a system near Lembava that has it. You can find its name if you dig a bit in the Sirius Corp sub-reddit.
