Discounted ships

Where do I get discounted ships? Is there any near Aisling's territory? Looking for either clipper or python. Also I did beta; I believe there is a discount place for beta testers, am I right?

Not in game so can't check distance or exact amount for you but the python's going cheap in the station where the exploration CG is based :) 40m ish if I remember right. Sure someone can confirm/deny :)

The best place currently is Yi Long Rui's territory at Lembava. -15% on all ships and outfittings, the only better discounts you will find at the moment are the -20% Asp and Orca at Alioth.

If you have Beta access (with a Permit for the founder's World) then go to Shinrarta Dezra.

Asp and Orca discounts are available to anyone who can get to Irkutsk station in the Alioth system. But you'll need to earn a permit for that, and for that you'll need to become allied with Alioth Independents. If and when you are, go to Rominger Dock in the adjacent 78 Ursae Majoris system for the permit.

Yup.

There are 2 high tech systems, Lembava and Diaguandri. They have most of the ships and modules, but there are plenty of industrial worlds where you can find any missing modules too. Places that sell discounted FDL are kind of a bughunt, but there is at least one.

Great I came across this. I am just about to kit out my Python and this will save me about 7 million. I've a question on this discount. If I bought something like a FSD elsewhere could I replace it with the discount version here to get a bit more cash?

Thank you for this. I stripped and sold my Python, freed up about 15 million all in all and now have lower insurance. On a side not, you can't buy a Python if you have a Python. I had to buy a sidewinder first. Got nostalgic when the cockpit loaded up.

Bought my Anny from a Yi long system last night. Was pleasantly surprised that the ship gets a discount as well as it saved me a good 30 million after outfitting.

Appreciate that there's a 15% discount at Yi Long Rui, but what price does that make the Python over there?

Just wondering if I've got the cash before popping over!
