Yup.
There are 2 high tech systems, Lembava and Diaguandri. They have most of the ships and modules, but there are plenty of industrial worlds where you can find any missing modules too. Places that sell discounted FDL are kind of a bughunt, but there is at least one.
This, Lembava and Diaguandri both have cheap ships AND mods, Diaguandri is better stocked.
Lembava has the Python. I haven't come across the FDL

Good man thanks, acme online and took a trip over to Lembava and its 47,220,667. Worth popping over, even though I've only got 46 plus the courier I arrived in!
And remember kids to always check the BBS first, as I sold all my exploration data before spotting the community goal requesting exploration data. Oops.

No. The T9 is at Diaguandri, not Lembava. Been to both locations today, got it there.
You're right. My bad. Diaguandri seems to have much more in outfitting too.
I agree, however because the bonus applies to everyone, not just LYR supporters, there is very little incentive for the casual plater to pledge him. But it would be nice if he could expand somewhere that had the FDL for sale
