Discovered secret message on the audio of a Guardian beacon!

1st - I would like to present my apreciation to the Fdev audio team! Thanks guys this game would be the same without you!
Its things like this that make me wounder, and return to the game over and over. (if only there as some info about this ingame codex or like wise, not refering to galnet. we wound miss out on yout briliant creations!)

Descrition:
Hi, Im CMRD Black bill "Feared" (pirate name) LOL
I got a message from CMDR @R3aktor for reporting some strange sound emanating from a guardian beacon, so he sent me some recordings (since i have some audio background), and upon analising the samples, i could tell someting was off.
I could ear some speach paterns on the audio but cound make out words.
Then i realised the voice was backwards!

Expecific location:
IC 2391 SECTOR CQ-Y C16 Guardian beacon. near one of the pilons (with some kind of instrusctions or guardian gifs).

Audio treatment: +4.5x pich & reverted / filter & EQ clean / voice isulation & noise reduction
Spectrografic Analisys result:

Decripted message: "Dragon slayer I don't smotherer, smothers me!" why would i find you, in space? So someone, someone else, could fight back!"
Prelimenar conclution: Guadians knew they were doomed, so they left this sites as the means to fight back.

What needs to be done:
Test every guardian site for more audio samples.
Note: Btw i know targoid sites do someting similar. (you sneaky ones) :p

(2 UPDATED added with agressive filter, the best i can clear but only the 1 part is audible, the 2nd was lost to the filter)

The server was hacked and destroyed.

We would love your post to be true. How do you get from the audio to decoding the message? I can't hear anything that sounds like the message you describe as actual words. Are we actually supposed to be able to hear it in English?

Oh didnt know that what a shame.

Yes, if you use audacity you can fine tune the speed to help out make out the words... no other change is necessary.
try to ignore the buzing sounds, and focus only on the voice its in english yes (fill free to filter it more if you need i recomend using a grafic filter but at this point is very dificult only using audacity)
As I stated on the post:

steps:
1-orignal recording pich up 4,5 times (patern speach detected)
2-reversed the hole audio
3-aplied grafical filters and EQ (to remove the buzing noises as mutch as possivble)
4- aplied voice isulation (its just a name for a wide band filter, to try to brigh the voice out more)
5- aplyed noise reduction to try clean out the buz sounds. (very litle was used here to avoid loosing audio information, as this is a destructive method)

the rest i did by ear on my head phones, but i can tell i just started by finding some works (below in bold) first, and then the rest.

Are all those steps already applied to the file you supplied? Because I cannot hear those words.

Perhaps if you can supply the original and the transformed so we can compare?

yes the steps are already applied, as i only manage to upload the processed version of the audio, because the original one is too big for the server.
( I posted the spectrum view with the words in the same location were i ear them (for you to identify more easily).
I manage to compress the file just a bit so it fits the 2mb limitation of the forum. (also retraced the steps using this file and works regardles of the compresion so you should have any issue retracing my steps)
I identify this voice as: a woman robotic voice, its a fait voice benneath the buzzing sounds. Beware that if you try to bruteforce remove the buzzing sound altoguether you also remove the voice as they are in the same frequency bands (you could try to amplify the high frequences using a filter, and exclude below 1k to make it easear to identify, but you will lose some lower tone words)

Emm... Well, besides the fact that I do hear nothing distinguishable in the provided track (well, probably my ears are not that good) the statement is that - supposedly - Guardians incorporating some sentences in English in their artifacts... that are also refer to human legends (dragons)? I do not buy it...

If the time line is correct humans didn't even exist when this was supposedly made, let alone English.

i gues you miss the point here, as the "dragon slayer" represents the player or more precicly anyone that activates the beacon by shooting at it... not exacly humanity.

(as for the english language... the game is in Englishis it not? how did you exept players to find this type of messages if not in English? )

but i dont whant to force this into anyone... im just sharing what we found.
 
There were people who swore that playing certain rock music backwards played satanic messages, we imagine a lot into things because we are humans, I certainly couldn't make out anything as described and it's likely all wishful thinking.
Stairway to Heaven makes no sense forward, may as well make sense backwards ;) some actually did add backwards tracks though, like Iron Maidens "Still Life" but that was 1. obvious, 2: at the start before the song kicked in to make it more obvious and 3. done to make fun of those claims of backmasking

Umm, visual clues, like the ones we already get? As for Dragon Slayer, that is in your imagination, there are no words there, your head is putting in something that doesn't exist. That's not an insult by the way, we ALL do it to a certain extent, but if you don't accept that it can happen than it's a problem, that's why people think god is talking to them, because they can't accept that sometimes the brain just makes things up because it's a spongy blob of meat and water trapped in a bone skull with only remote sensors to inform it of what's going on.
