Discovery database available?

Is there a database anywhere, where you can pull up a commander's discoveries or a star/planet and see who first discovered it?

Discussion - Searchable DB of first discoveries/maps/footfalls?

Hi all, I was wondering if any tool or API exists, that allows me to list a given player's first discoveries. If this exists as a data dump in CSV or JSON, that would even help. I have a SQL server that I'd be able to import it in to, if it existed. Thanks!

Rather frustrating that FDev doesn't make that data available, especially since it should be a relatively easy thing to do.

We all have a list of visited stars etc.
Some years ago there was as I understand it a third party project to combine them into a single file showing what had actually been found. FDev changed the file structure amongst other measures to prevent this.

So I am not sure that a full list of firsts is something they would make or allow to be made.

Probably so that no-one could highlight how many times the database forgets who discovered what.
