While not wishing to speak for
@SasaThargoidsHunter I would like to point you at the 7th and 8th top voted for issues on the issue tracker.

That 2nd one in particular has had a large amount of fairly detailed contributory evidence gathered in an attempt to give you guys the best possible chance of investigating why the game appears to be under-utilising available CPU/GPU.
I'm also intrigued by the request for a CS support ticket reference for this kind of issue rather an issue tracker reference. In general, if we experience low framerates in Odyssey which type of report would you recommend we use?
I am curious to this as well, as I was personally told by a CM to create an issue on the issue tracker, and then also to ping a specific CM though Discord linking to them as well, after each and every update about the ones that were still broken.
There are several major ones that have been reported many times because each update they are not fixed, but marked expired, so then another issue had to be created, linked back to the previous one, rinse repeat. And that is not even discussing the bugs with the issue tracker itself (merging of reports cause anyone that contributed, but merged afterwords cannot find their report anymore).
Personally, if a racing game had a bug where your throttle only went to 50% unless you toggled a random other setting off, it would be a priority to get fixed, but it has been a bug since the Odyssey Alpha launched. Most people that are aware of it are running the top tier of PvP, Racing, AX combat, etc where the lost of thruster power is a matter of life and death in the game. Also core mining gameplay loop is difficult to do because the pulse wave scanner has been broken for over a year (update 6 of last year) showing crackable rocks far away (6+km) but as LOD change they stop glowing closer then that, even though they are still crackable. Is likley the reason why their party sites dont get updated as often with core rocks, because they cannot be found anymore.
