We still owe you a revised deployment date for the anticipated 14.02, you haven't missed it, we'll be back as soon as we can on that.

Thank you all, we keep saying it but we really are that grateful, for your patience and understanding following the delay message last week.

So if I understood it right, Thargoid Controlled (TG) systems that are considered as part of the frontline, will contain AXCZs and USS?
Wow, that's a great addition, it'll make recaptures way easier and interesting!

If we could improve system recovery time by systematically exterminate the Thargoid scum on foot, that'd be a most excellent QoL advancement.

Oh, wait a mo...

:D

Rebooting Odyssey settlements to shorten recovery is a nice idea, provided that we will get missions to do that, because if CMDRs are to spend their own power regulators, I do not think it will be a popular thing to do.

And while you are at that, perhaps fix the on-foot mission generators so they do not generate regular delivery/takedown/etc. missions to offline settlements in recovery systems, the said missions being impossible to complete of course.

That might be the point. Not everything should be looked through the narrow cone of profit oriented gameplay. Especially in a war where we are supposed to make personal sacrifices. Yet we are getting great payouts.
In these early stages of weaving Odyssey's content with the new war mechanics together I think it's kinda the tradeoff here? The game rewards players with money, materials, reputation, commodities for doing the most simplest tasks anyway. My question is why can't we have a gameplay feature which requires the manifestation of some sort of altruism? After all the recovery efforts are communal endeavours and creating a totally optional mission where you have to sacrifice you own assets can be a perfect way to
a) measure how much people actually do something purely for the community, by not requiring constant little payouts,
b) write a story-commentary about society,
c) simply get rid of the accumulated Power Generators - I have a lot which I don't even use - so it's a feature for seasoned players,
d) to make sure that the relative scarcity won't tip the balance too much.
I am sure Fdev will balance its metrics when it is in the open, but I think it's a good start.

Sally, is there an issue with the twitch drops from your last frameshift live show? I have not received all the items claimed in to my in-game cmdr?
