Ah the old "adjective order" problem;

special fun little cosmetics’ might be better than ‘special little fun cosmetics’?

So as you see the first order of adjectives completely breaks this little understood rule while the second complies, so "special little fun cosmetic" is "opinion" = special. "size" = little, "purpose" = fun, "noun" = cosmetic.
