Discovery scanner broken, again, in 2.1

I can't be bothered hunting it down, but a long time ago there was a bug where a discovery scanner honk wouldn't discovery (anything|everything)

It's back.

So if you're out exploring and discovering, you have to honk twice.

This is almost certainly because they use Mongo DB but are programming as if they are using an SQL database.

I honked 100 times with ADS and still can not get the Depot to show up on any Planets. All Landable Planets on this Mission System Arbuda show no bases at all. I must now stop playing as I can not get the Modified Consumer Unit needed for Eng Upgrading.

You must abort the mission instead of stopping playing. Reports are coming in about impossible to complete missions, that is to say bugged mission generation. There are threads about it all around.
