The new Ghostbusters DLC is going to be an awesome addition to Planet Coaster this year. My suggestion for Planet Coaster's ultimate DLC is a Disney DLC which I have a link for. I will update this from time to time.

Well, according to rumors, Frontier is in negotiation with Disney to have their rights in PlanCo 2.

I won't rule out the possibility. But my bet is it will be awfully expensive.
Disney is known to have ridiculous demands when it comes to their trademark rights.
