Xuangu Crimson Major Network lost its conflict against the Mu Koji Resistance, but the Empire's primary goal was achieved as valuable intelligence was captured from Federal convoys. Currently, the Empire and the Federation are at odds over the system of Obotrima, with both superpowers calling for delivery of specific supplies to specific ports. The fledging Chimechilo Empire League plans to "disrupt skimmer production" by flooding the market of Thoreau Orbital with explosives. Meanwhile, on the far side of inhabited space, Latugara PLC calls for commodities to be delivered to Love Orbital in order to extend support for vessels traveling to the Colonia Nebula community or back to human space.

On the political front, the rebellions within space loyal to President Hudson have been suppressed with assistance of a massive amount of garrison supplies to systems under his control. The Rats of Bond Dock in 169 G. Canis Majoris lost a longstanding battle with corruption, while the Emperor's Shield of Justice will try again to help their cause. The Chukchan Democrats, People's HIP 47328 Progressive Party, and Heilelang's Patron's Principles refused to accept the political influence of the Emperor. However, Ao Kax Comms Corp and Krinbea Imperial Society welcomed the much needed supplies to maintain their internal security patrols. Additionally, the attempts by special interest groups to bolster the support for Wakea Empire Consulate failed, though they've not given up their attempt to cause strife between Imperial Powers.

With the surplus provided by a massive logistics effort, both organized in support of the Emperor's best interests, and out of spite, this week's available surplus will give special interest groups ample currency to leverage in attempts to sabotage the Emperor's political power base out of Kamadhenu. In an effort to prevent their impact, Research suggests that loyal pilots haul corruption reports to two systems: 169 G. Canis Majoris and Lopocares. The 169 G. Canis Majoris Rats need the Shield of Justice to weed out corruption, with reports delivered to Bond Dock from the nearest control system: LTT 2667. In the wake of the revolt from the People's HIP 47328 Progressive Party, the Revolutionary Lopocares Liberals have appealed for the protection of the Shield of Justice. Reports should be delivered to Malenchenko Gateway in Lopocares, from Ida Dhor or Sedna, the nearest control systems pledged to the Emperor.

Forty-nine systems had to be fortified to appease those protesting systems, and the retention of Krinbea and Ao Kax illustrates how well that effort went. The sheer amount of fortification required to compensate for the sparsely-populated and massively overlapped sectors of support is, in a word, unsustainable. Efforts need to be made to approve of less damaging systems for expansion, and to remove the massively overlapped control systems close to Kamadhenu.

Last week, 7.6 billion citizens removed their support across sixty-one systems. The loss of this support has an impact, but damages the political balance extending out from Kamadhenu far less than the failed expansions into Odins and Wakea would have damaged the Emperor's base of support.

Please keep an eye out on Research's cycle priorities to assist the efforts in improving the efficiency of the Emperor's political power base.

Good luck and godspeed commanders.
