Display changes so I can not see bottom of scanner

Hi Guys and Girls,

Playing through the tutorials I start and I can see all the console of my ship. But When I pitch up the screen shift s up so I can not see the details like hull strength of the target.


I guess its trying to increase my view. If I pitch down again I can see it again.. but I hardly ever pitch down.. Is there a way to lock this?

You can use the UI focus key (Shift) or change the FOV in the game options to permanently lock it.

This is quite annoying in widescreen 16:9. In 16:10 the screen movement isn't an issue because you can still see the information you need on the instruments. I like the screen movement (it helps me realise when I'm firing my thrusters by mistake!) but my new monitor is 16:9
