Display driver crashing when entering a system with Black Hole

I've raised a ticket for this, but wondering if anyone else has had the display driver crash when entering a system with a Black Hole?

Its happened each time now, so was wondering if it might be deliberate?!

Yes it's working as intended, because no particles, not even light can escape the gravitational force of a black hole.

With my screen completely black after crashing again, I just managed to avoid flying straight into a massive Blue-White star @ 8.8 solar masses burning at 22,645.00K (HR 1918). I really couldn't have missed it, with the throttle back not responding, I managed to kill the game in task manager before my ~200 systems of exploration get burnt up..

Man you're lucky your screen, desk , yourself and your house didn.t get sucked into the black hole? anyone see that SG-1 episode? :)
