Dumb newbie question: I watched the clip. He tried to reboot his ship - and this switches off all modules, AFAIK. Was this wise? Would it have been better for him to try to put his ship down. His hull was not too bad at this point (no shields anymore), but rebooting caused him to fall down without thrusters. Or did he really have no chance at this point?
Just to understand what happened...
