Ok, you're right about that, I didn't make it clear that there was no need for a list 2, everyone made it to list 1

If you posted on the Beagle Point Arrival thread, then you might consider contacting Frontier Support. I had the same thing happening with my Gamescom paintjob last year, and they solved it for me

I got my decal

Jaques location is unknown. He hasn't arrived at Beagle Point.

When docked at a station, your decal should be available, under Outfitting.
