If there is simply not enough demand to make my own cheaper batch for everyone via a printer, then it will be via one of the print-on-demand services. They are closer to the £20 mark, so at least the ones willing to shell out will be able to get hold of them, plus that way we will be able to release an initial one, and maybe a follow up in June.
