[Distant Worlds] Python Pylots - Paintjobs?

Dear fellow Python Distant Worlders,

last time I checked, there were only five of us, and last time I checked, at least two of us had the same Tactical Ice paintjob. Yeah, it's pretty, I know, but we're not flying Anacondas - we actually have a chance to be recognizable on screenshots.

Thus I humbly propose to make our ships identifiable by color, and I would be willing to switch to something else than white. Anyone else? :)

This is my beauty :) Actually the only paintjob i have atm.

Heres number 6 Python then. I dont show up in the roster yet as i just 2 days ago decided to change to Python from Asp. Already pm'd Erimus about the amendment.

And also, one more Tactical Ice here. Its too late for me to change it as ive already sent Katejina photo of my ship and it will be live on commander profiles tomorrow.

I've had to change to Python after trashing my poor Clipper and I've been trying out paint jobs ever since looking for one that suits me. Haven't decided yet, though it won't be white or black. My usual colour for events is green so if I don't think of anything better I'll probably fly Vibrant Green. Smart as paint!

Im really sorry guys...

.. but i really do have to change the color of my Python.

Since i heard just now about sad news of David Bowies passing and he being my childhood idol, im going to change my ships color to black and rename her as Blackstar.

:(

EDIT: Nevermind, theres no black paintjob for Python, so ill stick with the Tactical Ice. :D

Attention Pythonists!

Since we didnt get to take the Pythonists group selfie at Pallaeni, im calling out every Python DWeller to group up at the next base camp at Lagoon Nebula for a little group photoshoot.

Time and date: TBA

Bad hair day accepted, no duck faces.

What's the jump range of a Python that is kitted for 'safe'* exploration? This ship is on top my shopping list if I make back into the bubble in one piece. :)

*Incl. proper shields, thrusters, AFMU, SRV, and the usual stuff

Atm my Python jumps 26Ly, i cant put my build here now as im in work, will put it here later.

My ship's jump range is about 23.5 ly fully fuelled, but I'm carrying a full weapons load and some other bits and pieces. Similar to Henka I was looking at around 25-26 ly before I started tooling up for !!SCIENTIFIC!! investigation.

I'm using 5A Thrusters with only a small loss of maximum speed over the much more massive 6As; it bears checking whether As or Ds provide better performance as IIRR when I checked the 5As were considerably better than 6Ds for this mass.
