I made it without crashing into any stars. Have 99%, lost that 1% back in PW2010 (near Omega) to a brown dwarf ring that was completely invisible. It didn't even have any asteroids in it.

Wasn't part of DW, but BP was about the halfway point for my recent circumnavigation (12,500 +/- systems and 250Kly upon arrival at BP) and at that point I still had 100% hull. Wound up losing 5% playing tag with a few neutron stars later in the voyage...
