Dk 2 Not registering

I've tried every suggested setup option, reinstalled all of my dk2 software, reinstalled elite dangerous and have found no solution to this problem. Since update 1.1, I have found no "oculus rift(headphones)" or "Oculus rift(speakers)" options. They just aren't in the menu. I have turned the service on and off, tested different vr launch programs, etc. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem, as I am so excited to see those city lights in VR.

Specs:

AMD fx-8350
8GB RAM
Nvidia Gefore GTX 970 (4GB)

Does it still work with the demo and other games? Try unplugging all not needed usb peripherals and try other ports.

Is the Rift seen by windows? Does it work with other demo's/games? Try alternate HDMI and USB cables if not.

It works with every other game I try it on, including the room demo, dread halls, and alien isolation
gonna reboot now, and see if it solves the problem

This happened to me today. Something was wrong with the Oculus software (the OculusConfigTool wasn't showing any connected device). Logging off and on fixed it for me.
