DK2 HDMI

Every time I run the DK2 with the 1.3 runtime I have to unplug and replug the HDMI cable, is there any way of not having to do this every time I turn my computer on?
Thanks in advance :)

Have you tried using a HDMI to DVI adapter? I have no problems using my DK2 this way, and my monitor uses the DisplayPort.

Is your DK2 HDMI plugged directly into your video card? I know routing it through AV Receivers, or splitters, or extenders, can all cause weird behavior. For what it's worth, I have my DK2 HDMI direct into my 970, and it would work fine. I was on Win7 and now just moved to Win10 and no problems with either.

I have to agree with the DVI adapter idea.

I had all sorts of problems with direct HMDI - which made no sense at all - until my card manufacturer support told me there was a firmware issue that they had no plans to fix. Try the adapter - hopefully it'll work :)

Yes I have it directly in my video card

Ill give it a try

Have mine directly in an hdmi. Sometimes mine will turn black, and I have to turn it off and on again. I get a feeling it is some kind of screen saver or something as simple off/on will cure the problem.
