DK2 positional tracking suddenly gone??

Hi All,

My DK2 has suddenly stopped positional tracking. I still get head tracking, and I have a blue light on the tracking camera (plugged directly into the DK2), and both show in the config util as being connected.

But no positional tracking.

Anyone have any ideas? Latest SDK/Runtimes etc....

:(

Are you on Oculus RT 0.4.4 or did you update to 0.5.1? Partially just curious since I'm still on 0.4.4 and weary about upgrading for fear it'll break Elite. Also, maybe this goes without saying.. Is it on everything, including desk demo? or just in Elite?

Been using the 0.5.0.1 Beta for ages now without any issue, so don't worry about updating.
If you do experience any issues with it you can always roll back to 0.4.4 as the latest runtime doesn't update the DK2 firmware

I would also go with the lead if it's broke with everything including the demo etc

I'm sure this is a silly suggestion that you've already done, but... Have you tried turning it off and on again? (The PC, not the Rift). This happens to me occasionally, and a reboot usually fixes it.

I'll try it again tonight. It's not the lead - I do have the 'no blue light' issue when I plug the lead into the breakout box on the USB cable, but I have the lead plugged in directly to the DK2 now on the top port, and I've got a solid blue light on the camera, so that's working ok.

Might roll back to 0.4.4 and see if that solves it. I'll need to try some more rift demos also and see if it's just ED which is doing it. Anyone have a suggestion for a good demo which uses positional tracking?
