DLC issues

I'm wondering if anyone can help me? I purchased the Expansion Collection on Ps4, but their is no option to download. Plus, in my library it says that all the expansions are installed, but when I go into the game they are still locked!

I called Playstation Support and they told me to Restore the Licenses but that didn't work either.

Is this a bug of some sort? Really hate to think I wasted $40...

Not entirely sure what you have already checked, but since you're starting the game from scratch, I think that the only way to know if you've gotten the DLCs (without progressing through the game to see if the unlocks show up) is to select "Campaign" on the main menu. You should then see Claire's Sanctuary and Return to Jurassic Park as selectable options. Secrets to Dr. Wu is part of the main campaign.

I actually found out the problem. I got in touch with Playstation Support again and they figured out that the disc I was playing on is Region 2. I got it as a gift for Christmas and didn't even realize it was not Region 1.

But since the disc is region 2 and I was downloading region 1 dlc, it was incompatible. I got a refund for it, thankfully.
