That's a heavily speculative reconstruction based on Dilophosaurus... to my knowledge, all we know of Dracovenator is a few bits of skull which appear similar to the skull of Dilophosaurus.
Well the Zupaysaurus looks vastly different but from the same family. And as for the one you showed above remember JP interpretation was very way off from the design so maybe the Dracoventor could look more like the original design without neck thrill
