Its very possible a Spooky DLC is being worked on. There is a recent tag added to SteamDB for Horror which is a Steam Genre and is also a tag we see on the Spooky pack for the first game..
But this is not official yet!
Sounds cool.
We could definitely use the Festive stuff back as well though I strongly feel anything related to PlanCo1 should be free not dlc
