DLCs for your soul

Drop here some DLCs purely made for your soul, nevermind remaining number of DLCs , nevermind balance, reskins, already present subspecies, reason, popularity etc...

If someone is to made few DLCs made up only out of your favorite animals how would they look like ?

Here are few of mine examples:

Mediterranean DLC:

Iberian Lynx
Dalmatian Pelican
Crested Porcupine
Striped Hyena
Barbary Sheep
Fallow Deer
Barbary Macaque
Common Chameleon ( E )

Primates DLC:

Coquerel's Sifaka
Squirrel Monkey
De Brazza's Guenon
Golden Snub Nosed Monkey
Black Howler
Lion Tailed Macaque
Bald Uakari
( I guess there's no exhibit animal for primates so I'll go with BWR Lemur as a reskin instead of exhibit)

Parco Natura Viva Pack:

Bennet's Wallaby
Andean Bear
Eurasian Lynx
Ocelot
Sarus Crane
Przewalski Wild Horse
Maned Wolf
Frilled Lizard ( E )

Now I went a bit tame in animal choice, I'm a bit basic like that, I guess the pack ideas are more niche, but I would like to hear from you, go off.

;)

I really appreciate a thread like this, sometimes it’s just fun to think up species combinations that you’d enjoy regardless of individual animals’ popularities or the “sale-ability” of a pack.

If I’d get to dream up any packs I’d like with no regard to others’ thoughts, one I’d want to see is a pack that would bring in a number of habitat species that would likely be considered exhibit species by the game’s current “standard” (I say standard loosely because I don’t feel that Frontier structured their whole process revolving around habitat vs. exhibit species the best). Additionally, I’d want the coinciding update to allow user’s the ability to place most or all current exhibit species as habitat species (What I’d do to be able to include the Green Iguana in an open-air rainforest house or make a garden pond filled with bullfrogs and terrapins, Frontier I’m begging!) Preferably it’d be an animal pack, with the following species:

Small World Pack:
1. Coconut Crab
2. Marine Iguana
3. Marmoset or Tamarin (any species)
4. Alligator Snapping Turtle
5. King Cobra
6. Black-and-Rufous Elephant Shrew
7. Green Anaconda
8. Chinchilla (either species)

Another pack I’d want that doesn’t seem to get a lot of attention from the PZ crowd is freshwater aquatic life. There’s so many species in this category that are commonly held in zoos and would allow us to really flesh out underrepresented biomes and regions atm, such as the Amazon River or Florida Everglades.

Freshwaters Pack:
1. Arapaima
2. Red-Bellied Piranha
3. Freshwater Stingray (any species)
4. West Indian Manatee
5. Giant Chinese Salamander
6. Koi Fish (with numerous color variants)
7. Northern Pike
8. Axolotl

Like a Freshwaters pack, I’d also love to see a Saltwater/Marine Pack. Additionally, since this is a “dream” scenario, this is a pack where a larger species sampling would make a lot of sense. Therefore I’ll list the top 8 I’d like to see, then put below some extra additions if the pack came in a larger format. I’d love to see the following species:

Marine Pack:
1. Green Sea Turtle
2. Giant Pacific Octopus
3. Beluga
4. Atlantic Goliath Grouper
5. Large shark (any species)
6. Bottlenose Dolphin
7. Manta Ray
8. Common Lionfish

Additional species for a larger dlc format:
1. Parrotfish (any species, their colors are amazing)
2. Green Moray Eel
3. Orca
4. Jellyfish (any species)
5. Ocellaris Clownfish
6. Angelfish (any species, again enormous variety in color)
7. Ornate Spiny Lobster

Like the Marine pack, I’d also love to see an expansion-style pack for flying avians.

Birds of the World Pack:
1. Scarlet Macaw
2. Toco Toucan
3. Snowy Owl
4. Bald Eagle
5. Greater Indian Hornbill
6. Kookaburra
7. African Vulture (any species)
8. Bali Myna

Additional species for a larger dlc format:
1. Sulfur-Crested Cockatoo
2. Andean Condor
3. Pelican (any species)
4. Village Weaver
5. Mandarin Duck
6. Peregrine Falcon
7. Puffin (Atlantic or Tufted)

Even though Frontier has gotten better about implementing more small habitat species, I still feel PZ is greatly lacking them compared to megafauna. With this in mind, I know we just received a NA animal pack (which is great btw) but one region that I feel offers a great variety of fairly iconic small species is the American Southwest. Additionally, all of the species I selected for such a pack are from families of animals totally unrepresented in PZ right now, so their inclusions would provide great diversity.

American Southwest Pack:
1. Collared Peccary
2. Greater Roadrunner
3. Black-Footed Ferret
4. Jack Rabbit
5. Stripped Skunk
6. Nine-Banded Armadillo
7. Burrowing Owl
8. Horny Toad

After all these packs I’d like to see certain regions receive more diversity so continent-based zoo sections feel more complete.

Asia Animal Pack:
1. Pallas Cat
2. Golden Takin
3. Temminck’s Tragopan
4. Malabar Giant Squirrel
5. Axis Deer
6. Bearded Vulture
7. Yellow-Throated Marten
8. Asian Softshell Turtle (any species)

Islands Pack:
1. Fossa
2. Hawaiian Goose
3. Giant Golden-Crowned Flying Fox (world’s largest bat)
4. Lesser Mouse Deer
5. Greater Bird-of-Paradise
6. Radiated Tortoise
7. Tarsier (any island species)
8. Great Blue-Spotted Mudskipper

Oceania Animal Pack:
1. Tasmanian Devil
2. Goodfellow’s Tree Kangaroo
3. Wombat (any species)
4. Emu
5. Kiwi
6. Echidna (any species)
7. Platypus
8. Frilled Lizard or Tuatara

South America Animal Pack:
1. Harpy Eagle
2. Capybara
3. Scarlet Ibis
4. Spider Monkey (any species)
5. South American Coati
6. Hoatzin
7. Sloth (any species)
8. Plumed Basilisk

Africa Animal Pack:
1. Grey Crowned Crane
2. African Crested Porcupine
3. White Colobus Monkey
4. South African Springhare
5. African Jacana
6. Secretary Bird
7. Honey Badger
8. Chameleon (any species)

Other miscellaneous species I’d like to see but just didn’t make the cut for these dream packs:
1. Musk Ox
2. African Civet
3. Shoebill
4. Tawny Frogmouth
5. Przewalski Horse
6. Guineafowl species
7. Blackbuck
8. Raccoon
9. Rock Hyrax
10. Siberian Musk Deer
11. Swan species
12. Kinkajou
13. Arctic Hare
14. Marabou Stork
15. Nilgai
16. Gibbon species
17. Baboon species
18. Eurasian Lynx
19. Blue-Footed Booby
20. Multiple butterfly species (it’d be so cool to build custom butterfly houses)
