Do all Alliance space station announcers have a Dutch accent?

I've finally made it into an Alliance station and I've noticed that the station announcer has a very Dutch accent. I haven't been to other Alliance stations yet (this is a system on an Alliance - Fed border); do all of them have this terrible accent?

There is actually quite a variety of accents

The station announcers are great. I wish there were even more variations. The Empire announcer(s?) was a nice surprise, though.
