They were removed because they were never used in the original engineer blueprints. Seems they're making a comeback. Also saw some crystal shards today.

Yes, it looks like everything that was removed in the past has been put back in. I'm just happy to finally have filament composites. Now I can refill my chaff dispensers in a CZ without having to head back to a station.
