I would like to think they have no souls, and as such they don't go to heaven.

There is (was) a song "heaven is a place on earth" by Belinda Carlisle back in the day.
There are several towns called Hell too, in the US and Europe.
Since Earth is in Sol, and its the Fed home system.. Only Feds get to go there...
