Do EL and WW only boost colony population once?

Has anyone tried building multiple tier 2 or tier 3 stations orbiting a single earthlike or water world? if so did the EL or WW boost your population each time or only for the first station?

Hey, im curious about this.
I have system with already built Occelus, im wondering about building another 2 to maximize pops but i cant find any info if this works.

I'm working on something that will just happen to test this along the way.
System: Col 285 Sector QT-G C11-13

It contains the Primary Port, which was a Tier 3.
I plan to place 2 more Tier 3 Ports in the same System.

I have build the primary port above a non-landable HMCW a Coriolis station.
Yesterday I have finished above a ELW a Orbis station.
Think I have to wait till Thursday when station become active to see changes in population.

System is Synuefe EW-U c19-13
